I've got mine down to the bare bones to replace the rear tire and fit up some hard bag brackets and remove the rear pillion and fit a Honda 90 package carrier. Been interesting experience and I have a NOS Preston Petty IT (those of you who played with off road bikes in the 60' $ 70's will know what this - it is a semi coverage fender with an intergrated stop/tail light and license plate area) rear fender I was going to try and fit. With the offset of the rear fender for the belt drive it seemed it was more than I wanted to tackle at this point, but if the rains on the plain keep up, maybe. I already have a full front fender aftermarket HD dresser style and may continue to look for a HD metal fender and work from there. Big ABATE swap meet in next month in Monroe WA near Seattle. Anyway with the rear pillion off and chrome off rear fender at the machine shop for some work, it sure looks like the HD Sportster it was styled after. Wish I had a couple to play with and try different styles on. Looking for the 60's Honda CA series with Buco bags and windshield now as it was the first bike we had together, we rode it to and from college and like was great then. With the plastic bags and long low HD muffler it should kinda be a modern day reiteration of what we had then. My wife will appreciate the wide cushion on the Honda 90 luggage rack for when she hangs with me. I''l try to get pics posted when I'm done. Max
